Cooking a Meal. 

A player can choose to cook a meal when they have sufficient time. For evey hour you spend cooking you gain a +1 to your cooking roll

You may cook even if you are not trained in cooking.

Good food and good ingredients can drastically improve one’s mood and health, inversely, cooking badly can absolutely ruin an entire party’s day


Poor Ingredients(Expired food) : -5

Preserved ingredients( preserved vegetables, dried meat) : -1

Basic Ingredients(Basic ingredients, frozen, kept food): 0

Fresh Ingredients (Fresh meat and vegetables) - +1 

Special Ingredients (Rare ingredients and delicacies) - +2

When you cook, make a cooking skill check based on the following, A critical failure renders a food inedible.


You gain points which can be spent the gain the following benefits based on the cost. Each benefit can be selected once only. These benefits if target the same thing such as temp HP or specific saves, DO NOT stack.

Nourished Body

Gain a +1 to saves vs disease and poison effects until a short rest


Energised

Gain a +1 to athletic check until a short rest

Greater Boost of Life 

Gain 1D6 temporary hitpoints until a long rest


Greater Nourished Body

Gain a +1 to saves vs disease and poison effects until a long rest


Improved Energised

Gain a +1 to athletic check until a long rest

Superb Boost of Life

Gain 1D8 temporary hitpoints until a long rest 


Superb Nourished Body 

Gain a +2  to saves vs disease and poison effects until a long rest

Gain a +1 to will saves until a short rest.
