Something a laymen can do, don't even bother rolling for this 

11-15

Something a laymen has a good chance of doing , while someone trained in that field is able to pass easily

An example of this would be something like treating a simple wound like a burn, a laymen could probably do it, but someone trained definitely can 

16-20

Something a layman has a very low chance of doing , while someone trained in that field is able to pass with some challenge. An expert passes this easily.

An example of this would be some obscure history fact that is public knowledge, like whose the second born son of this King of Cadmir

21-25

Impossible for the average man and difficult for a trained personnel, usually requires an expert to reliably do..

An example of this would be the creation of high quality weapons, the average person has no idea and someone trained probably could not reach the quality

26-30

An expert would struggle to do this reliablyand tend to require a master to accomplish reliably. Trained person have little chance, if any

An example of this would be a complex ballerina dance that would take years of training to master. An expert would not do it consistently and only a master ballerina can do it consistently on stage

31-35

Something only the masters can do and tends to be the practical height of this skill.

An example of this would be a general with extremely high tactical acumen and decades of experience and considered some of the best in the region making a highly complex and genius military maneuver 

36 - 40

The theoretical height of a skill. This often are the best in the world at it.

An example would be being able to do analyse, improve and counter any type of magic even those that have never been seen before within a matter of days or even hours. Something someone can do theoretically but often nearly impossible

Mythical Levels, someone who can reach this level rolls around often as near demi gods.
