Invoking magic through music, dance, and verse, Bards are expert at inspiring others, soothing hurts, disheartening foes, and creating illusions. Bards believe the multiverse was spoken into existence and that remnants of its Words of Creation still resound and glimmer on every plane of existence. Bardic magic attempts to harness those words, which transcend any language.

You become trained in performance.
The cornerstone of a bard is the bardic performance. Using a mix of strange magic and performance to create magical effects to twist things to your will.
Bardic Performance cost an action to perform or sustain. You can do them an unlimited amount of times and switch between them freely.
When you gain a level in bard you gain these performance. You unlock more through feats and subclass.
You can only do one bardic performance per turn. You gain these bardic performance.

Hymn of the Courageous
Allies gain advantage against fear effects if they are within 60ft.
Uplifting Overture
Your performance makes allies feel they can succeed at anything. This counts as having prepared a help action active on allies within 45ft. The GM might rule that this can have no effect for example using it on a creature attempting to hide.
Song of Shielding:
Creatures within 30ft reduce non-magical damage by your bard level and magical damage half your level(round up)
You gain charges of inspiration, special compositions of occult magic and artisitic talent mixed into a burst of magic. You can spend then to do actions granted in by class feats or subclass. In addition you gain these basic compositions shown below.
You have inspiration points equal to your charisma modifer/2(round up) +round up( your bard level/4)
You draw upon magic from esoteric knowledge. You are a spellcaster and can cast spells of the occult origin
You prepare all spells that you know. You start out with 4 level 1 spells to learn, gaining one each time you level up.
Each time you level up, you can swap one spell out of your known spell.
You know cantrips as seen with the formula.

You target a creature within 60 feet with scathing wit. It must make a Will saving throw vs. your Bard Spellcasting DC.
Critical Failure: Also becomes Off-Guard.
You can spend 1 Inspiration point to add 1D8 to any intelligence related check.
When you gain this feature select 4 spells from the primal and the divine spell list to learn. You can change one of this spell on a downtime or during a long rest.

You van use your weapon as a spellcasting focus. In in addition, you gain expert proficiency in weapons.
As an action, make a melee weapon attack and start this performance. On a successful attack, until the end of your next turn, allies can choose to gain a +1 to attack rolls, damage or defence against that creature.
You can spend an action to sustain it afterwards for another turn to a max of 5.
Spend 2 Inspiration points, and for the next minute, you can add your charisma modifier to defence.

You dash to an ally as an action or as a reaction, granting them 1D8 hitpoints + your bard level in temporary hitpoints.
For one action, you do this bardic performance.You can force creatures to make a will saving if they can see you and are within 60ft as part of this performance. They can spend an action on following turns to re-roll saving throws if you sustain this performance. If a creature sees you while sustaining they have to make a saving throw again.

If you start a combat encounter without any inspiration, you gain 1. If you do not use it in the next minute, it’s lost.
During this performance which you spend an action for, you allies with 45ft can select one of the following benefits
- Gain temporary hitpoints equal to your charisma modifier
- Spend a reaction to move 15ft
- Have their attacks do bonus 1D4 thunder damage.
When you use a bardic performance, you can spend 1 inspiration point to attempt to make it last longer. To do so, make a performance check vs a DC value of 10 + your bard level, however the GM can alter it based on the situation.
CF: You are unable to spend inspiration or use any bardic performance until the start of your next turn.
F: No effect
S: The effect of the performance extends until the end of your next turn
CS You can take S effect or spend another inspiration point to make effect of the bardic performance last for a minute.
